ELLEN BEARD

Ellen is a tenacious, adaptable, lifelong learner who is known for her versatility and ability to think on her feet.  She is a knowledgeable horsewoman known to be fair, creative, straightforward, and loyal. She is best known in the industry for being a visionary, seeing solutions where others don't, networking, mentoring, and being adept at creating and implementing the right approach over instant gratification.


Ellen is known as an innovator, professional's professional, and strategist in coaching career development in the competitive equestrian show circuit and in mainstream business. Ellen is taking the principals learned in operating an equine business to a new audience. Her focus is on using observation,

timing, rhythm and balance to propel clients to a collective outcome. 


Focusing on the unspoken nuances of situations often leads to the perfect execution of action.
